Through our experience of research and development at DfE, we have worked in both Primary and Secondary sectors with many local authorities, independent schools, foundation schools and academies.

Through our work in this field, we understand the demands on GP Surgeries and the support which Practitioners require from their premises.

INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL
Our industrial clients include household names in the food production sector. We understand the pressurised world of London office and residential development.

SPORT & LEISURE
Our portfolio includes Sports Halls, Spectator Stands, Gyms, specialist pitches and a swimming pool / health complex. We are currently completing a new pavilion as part of an extensive refurbishment of a local authority recreation park.

RESIDENTIAL
We enjoy working closely with private clients to create beautiful, practical homes, either by extending or building anew. We have special expertise in sustainable eco-houses and self-build.

ASSET MANAGEMENT
We undertake Condition Surveys, Access Audits, Fire Risk Assessments, Care and Maintenance Programmes and, specific to the educational sector, Net Capacity, Suitability and Sufficiency Assessments, Curriculum Modelling and Space Analysis.

EXPERT WITNESS
As a Practising Associate of the Academy of Expert Witnesses, our Principal is developing this portfolio in the specialist field of commissioning and executing educational buildings.

CLIENT DESIGN ADVISER
Our extensive experience of development and the construction industry has benefitted many local authorities and private developers who have commissioned us in this capacity.

CONSERVATION
Our successful adaptations and refurbishment of historic buildings ranges from mediaeval granite and timber-framed barns, to late Victorian tile-hung vicarages.
